This 50-year-old Single Malt has been blended from two casks that have aged together for the past 50 years in the dark, chilly atmosphere of the Glenfiddich Distillery’s Chai #8. The choice of excellence with this Single Malt of 1937 – 1939 vintages.

This Single Malt is the second since the founding of Glenfiddich. It is one of the oldest and most extraordinary whiskies in the world.

It symbolizes the culmination of over a century of craftsmanship and traditions handed down to five generations at Glenfiddich.

This new 50-year-old Glenfiddich is inspired by the first vintage made from nine selected casks in honour of the nine children of William Grant who helped build the Glenfiddich distillery.

The marriage of these two vintages reveals a perfect harmony of aromas and flavours.

Each bottle was hand blown by a renowned craftsman. The bottles are individual creations numbered with wax and a silver leaf is encrusted in each bottle by Thomas Fattorini, heir to six generations of goldsmiths.

The boxes containing the bottles of this 50-year-old Single Malt are lined with hand-woven silk and wrapped in hand-stitched leather.
